Summary:* Preseason going well. Very limited in terms of injuries so everyone is on the track.
* Punt Rd has become truly home now that it's been redeveloped and resurfaced. No more moving from venue to venue.
* Dimma has every player tick off some off-field away from footy role. Bachar has become a chippy. Spends one day a week at the Trade Institute of Victoria and they provide private lessons so it all fits in around his footy training schedule.
* Got a baby on the way which is due in a week. Congrats Bach!
* Wouldn't have a clue what Dusty or Kingy are doing lol. Bronwyn controls the off-field development stuff.
* The Elimination final was the loudest roar he has ever experienced. Far bigger than any Anzac Day when he was playing at the Bombers.
* Fade out in second half and losing still hurts. It hurts everyone at the club from the players, coaches, staff etc. We're a family at Tigerland.
* We look at strategies (Plan A, B & C) and see how we can improve on and learn from last year. We look at KPIs we are down on. It's such a fine line as we finished 5th just half a game off top 4.
* Houli admits he is different but what he brings to the table is respect. Everyone at the Club respects him and respect begins with respecting yourself. Everyone accepts him and everything about him.
* Lennon has exceptional skills. Learning from Cotch who is a great leader.
* Ellis is flying and getting fitter and fitter. We need the younger blokes to step up and put pressure on the older blokes.
* Jack is back into full training. He had the 5th best time in our latest run so he's flying.
