There is a secret society, which for some is easy to enter, for others, mind numbingly difficult. Supposedly Bill Gates is one of the later, and this puzzle near drove him mental.

To become a Potentate Of The Rose all you have to do is solve this puzzle:

it is entirely up to the individual as to weather they want to cheat or work it for themselves.

There is barely a puzzle out that the solution is not on the internet. If you are the sort of person who would rather look up the answer than use your brain and have a bit of fun, that's your choice.
 

and 10 is the answer. smokey seems to have got it and i reckon MT has too, and i doubt these two looked it up
