Funniest thing I have seen in a while.
Some people just need to lighten up. The best part of footy is the banter and the sh$t that goes on in the change rooms with your team mates.  That's the thing I miss most now I have retired.
Alex Rance is the sort of bloke that can make the longest of pre-seasons bearable and probably enjoyable. You need to be able to laugh at the simple things in the pressure cooker that is now the AFL.
By far my favorite player.

I was expecting it to be about a challenge to Rance, from a development coach, for him to stay on his feet in contests.  A bit like the challenge from a Skunks coach to Ben Reid for tbe same thing earlier in his career.

Not my favourite player but I agree with you 100% BT.  That is the stuff that bonds players and makes training less of a 'chore'.  There is a place for full professionalism but the good teams still need strong bonds outside of that to win flags.

am a bit surprised that these jackass style vids have made it onto club website, the hospital wards are full of idiots that come a cropper with lifelong debilitating injuries from hijinx like this and here we are promoting it...not the cleverest thing Ive seen from RFC
