Renewed respect for Lids
« on: March 16, 2014, 10:54:24 AM »
I would have kicked that bloody ball away in anger and frustration with that delivery to him.
What a pathetic kick to him standing all on his own with plenty of time to get it to him.
At least he showed anger and frustration rather than sooking like some of the others were doing.

Yeah don't blame him, and anger is far better than sookin through a game, but lids had his fair share of poor disposals that missed many a target too!

Would have had more respect if he went up to Vickery and starting throwing them TBH

Lids.
Champion qualities.
Does the work of 3 players, I've realised.
However, yes, he does his share of poo kicks to targets
But I understand his frustration with Sicily Tyson.
Caracella and Balmey.

I got a lot of respect for lids . He's a good boy. Far from the problem at Richmond.

I just hope the club pulls the finger out before he hangs up the boots

Agree but shouldn't have booted the ball away. School boy stuff, its been a rule for ages. Luke McGuane did it a few years ago and looked stupid. It was sloppy by Lids but I liked the intent. Would have preferred him whack TV to be honest.

It was stupid.

TV spent the game having cracks at his teammates though and got the feeling it had something to do with it.

The midfielders would be sick of forwards acting like 2yo's with a dropped ice cream cone.

You don't see this rubbish happening with the good sides.

Whether its TV, Jack or Lids, its crap. Absolute crap.

One brain fade in two hundred games

One four quarter effort in every forty games...
