nb. Catch the train to West Footscray station to get to the Whitten Oval and then after the VFL game has finished catch a train back to Southern Cross for the AFL game at Etihad at 1.45pm.

Not sure on that one. It says on Bulldogs site it is a gold coin donation. Or is that for Doggies supporting non-members only ?

Actually thinking about it, it maybe free because Whitten Oval is a community venue these days = no fencing, no gates to go through

This big-bodied key forward has the versatility to also play in defence and has had VFL experience at multiple clubs. He played the 2013 season at Tatura with teammates James Wall and Rian McGough, and his on-field aggression, tackling and contested marking make him a valuable recruit. The natural leader will be vocal and encouraging for his younger teammates.

Trains to Etihad Stadium: there are a number of trains that will leave from West Footscray Station and get you to Southern Cross in time for the start of Richmond’s AFL game:
