Lloyd? Arguably our best player, best ruck and best defender missing. Arnot?

It's not a close game, which is good for the old heart.

We can start a 'who do we draft with pick 1' thread.

this could sound like a joke but Melbourne could infact get the first 3 picks in the national draft

1) If they finish last they get pick 1
2) They could then ask the AFL for a priority pick for bad performance Pick 2
3) If Frawley leaves they would be entitled to a first round pick after there first pick - Pick 3.

And then they would fly right past us in the rebuild stakes.

I wonder if our coach will talk up the 7 goal last qtr as a positive? Pies had clearly put the cue in the rack - as Mark Ricciuto just said anyone who takes that as a positive has no idea about footy.

When the game was up for grabs they kicked goals and we kicked points....as usual !  :banghead
Forward line didn't function again. Also way too many cute handballs. Was pulling my hair out. Kick the bloody thing when it's so wet !! Geez.

Positives were clearly Lloyd. ( glad I whacked him into my supercoach team this week  ;D )
Astbury did a good job on Cloke and Arnot was good when he came on. Dusty wasn't too bad either. Thomas and Morris tried hard all nite.

Must win two of our next three , starting next week.
