We arent good enough and we dont have enough A grade talent
We lack leadership
There is a group of young players at the club who had good seasons last year who have gotten ahead of themselves and havent improved but gone backwards
We are slow
Our skills are poor
We are missing Deledio Maric and Rance but to be honest even if they played tonight we still would have lost.

Pure disgust , on paper we should have won by 5 goals, too many passengers, we need to find spots for Elton, Lennon and McDonough next week....our only hope is too immediately weed out the dead wood and find a balance
