Offered the job in 1999 and rejected it on the basis didn't like the Richmond way of doing things.
Took Geelong to 2 flags and had his on on a 3rd due to the building of that list.

We got Spud then Wallace now Dimma. We finished 11th in 1999 and will be lucky to finish there this year. Geelong have been top 4 since 2007 and top 8 since then.

Stark contrasts.
He aint coming anywhere near us.

Anyone who coaches us never coaches again.

And you think this is all due to one man?

Wow.  You must work in a strange industry. One man obviously is important but it takes the whole team at the top to work together and Richmond hasn't had that until Damien got here.  We started off from such a low base though......
