The cycle of Skata.  :banghead :banghead :banghead

Tigeritis is alive and well.
Mediocrity for everyone to see.

B.J, Al, and all apologists for mediocrity, this is the rubbish you think doesn't exist or you fail to acknowledge. Wonder what the excuses will be this week? Umpires, injuries, rubbish!!!

We will NEVER be anything until they fix culture full stop.
We are on the merry-go-round that is the Richmond footy club.
Too many that don't work hard enough and poo themselves too often and they think they are good enough when they've achieved nothing.

This club is a disgrace and Dimma is a phony and a liar.

FIX CULTURE FIRST!!!

Dimma is only one part of it.

TIME TO PUT THE BLOW TORCH ON THE RECRUITERS, ON THE FITNESS GUYS AND ON THE PERSON OR PEOPLE RESPONSIBLE FOR MONEYBALL AT RICHMOND. THIS FAILURE GENTLEMEN IS A TEAM EFFORT ON BEHALF OF MANY AT PUNT ROAD - DIMMA ISNT THE ONLY ONE TO BLAME.  :cheers

Dimma took too many short cuts with this rebuild. Too many recycled players. Should have developed the kids and instilled the culture right from the get go. Oh well another 5 years down the drain. Bring on the next rebuild boys !!

and he is paying the price for it right now. the rebuild was full of short cuts by getting in C grade players from other clubs the only difference is they gave short cuts a fancy name and called it Moneyball. Idiots.

Another quality small forward kills us again. We should have recruited a small quality forward. We have not. Very poor recruiting decision

Our recruiters are taking the pee out of us. Our supporters should have worked that out by now. They go to the national draft they pick traditionally a supposedly safe pick like Ellis etc and then claim success, pity they cant get anything beyond the first round and then they go and recruit blokes from other clubs that those clubs dont want. Thats Richmonds recruiting philosophy and its complete utter crap.
