Marking space is fine if you have speed on your side. Being the slowest team in the comp we just can't keep up with the opposition. The Hawks toyed with us today, there were instances where they could have run around in the same spot 10 times and our players still hadn't made ground on them. Future looks bleak, even Demons with Roos show more promise in their style of play. Hardwick has done a good job with the resources he has but we will continue to go backwards from here unless some drastic action is taken.

Astbury's game on Roughead was a positive

McDonough showed some composure when he came on

Conca busted a nut all day too and copped a cheap one late from Gibson for his trouble

Apart from that I got nothin

Conca flattened Gibson reported

And who went to Gibson and knocked him on his arse???

These blokes are a bunch of sissy's that shouldn't be allowed to wear the jumper.

They wouldn't know what it means to stick up for your teammate.

They are a bunch of Pansy's. Showcasing there sissyness on ANZAC weekend!!!!!
What a disgrace and a bunch of tassel wearing limp wristed wannabees.

They all wear knickers and panty liners this mob.

And the buck stops with the coach!!!!
He determines the direction, the culture, the standard.
.

Actually, several players took on Gibson after that.  But what do you actually want our players to do when the umpires are right there & doing their best to protect Gibson?  Speaking of umpiring, isn't there an automatic 50 mtr penalty after a reportable offence?    :huh
Once a Tiger, always a Tiger!  Loud, proud & dangerous!

whats the score now. i turned off we were about 6 goals down

118 - 44  ;D

Really not funny Monky not funny at all especially for those who take footy really seriously. In the end, its just a game where blokes have to kick a pig skin between some goal posts. Theres people fighting for their lives in hospital as we speak, thats serious not a football team thats no good. tommorow we all wake up, our footy team will still be crap but we will all be here to fight another day.  :cheers

A couple of observations today, one was after halftime it was Jack trying to gee up the side, he isn't even in the leadership group, why isn't Cotch or Chaplin screaming at them and getting them pumped. Also when Hardwick was addressing the team at three quarter time it was as if it was a training run. Can't imagine a Hinkley or a Clarkson being so reserved, it's almost like Hardwick is already resigned to the fact that after losing by over 100 to the Cats next week the blowtorch will well and truly be applied to him and with no real clue how to turn things around his future is unclear.

What I have noticed is that no-one at all seems to be enjoying their footy at the moment.
And you may not think I care for you
When you know down inside that I really do

Welcome aboard JP.

No disrespect but I wouldn't call that sticking up for your mate.
For a starters Gibson was still standing.
Someone should've ripped his head off.
Someone should've come in and put him on his arse, now that doesn't have to be a king hit but anyone can be easily wrestled him to the ground at the least. And an all in brawl isn't such a bad thing anyway especially for us.
But I don't expect anything less from this mob that sit when they pee.

Soft is what defines this club and something that hasn't been addressed.

Who put the young Langford on his arse today to stick up for the captain????
The club that keeps giving.
