New Regime 2015 Coaching Possibilities
« on: May 18, 2014, 11:57:29 AM »
Personally would like Dimma to harden up, change whats is needed to be changed and get better people around him and get better himself rather than cause instability but if we were to sack Hardwick and waste a ton of the clubs money, is there anyone decent out there that could come in and do a better job? I'm sure there are better assistants than the ones we have. Lost Campbell and Leppistch and have half the muppets in our coaches box.

Do we really think Bomber Thompson would leave? John Worsfold surely has enough $$ and exalted status in WA to survive for 3 lifetimes. Do we bring Matty Knights home from Geelong?

Who do we want in our coaches box in 2015, head coach / assistant coaches?
Go Tigers!

Interesting TM. Can you explain why you think Gary would be a good at AFL level?

Aint happening boys. Club would have to pay him out and then they will have to beg for FTF.
Earliest he'll go is end of 2015 or unless we suffer another 157 point loss somewhere.
We can reel off as many names as we like aint happening anytime soon.

wonder how that FTF is looking after yesterday.the mood I get in the last 24 hours from Richmond supporters is ,they would be lucky to raise enough money to buy a pack of twisties for the rest of 2014

I'd be surprised if the club sacked Dimma based on the $$. Surely we can get better assistants around him.

Might as well add this thread to this one and call it "Coaches Needed"

negative on Voss. Look at the lions recruiting philosophy when he was there. Pass

I have said Ayres before and stick by him, assuming we have no chance with Worsfold.

Worsfold has climbed the mountain as a coach. He is also supposedly a tough bastard and thats exactly what we need at Richmond FC.

I don't care who we get!

Hardwick WILL not change! He will stick to his game plan. So stop hoping for a miracle!

We should thank Gary March for wanting him instead of Ken Hinkley as it was down to those two in 2009 and March always had Hardwick as his first choice.

Any coach who will make us RUN, RUN, RUN and RUN is a good coach. A tough, ruthless, uncompromising coach can coach Richmond.

Everything that Hardwick isn't, is what we need.

Whether that is old or new coach i don't care.
