We need to try and get Worsfold or, lure Clarkson over. If we can't we should offer the job to Mathews or Sheedy on a conditional (caretaker) contract for the duration of time until Clarkson, Lyon or another proven coach comes out of contract!!

I'll coach for free to cover Hardwick's payout.

I think Al Clarkson is happy at Hawthorn. I think Ross Lyon is happy at Frremantle. I also think you have serious mental problems if you want Kevin Sheedy coaching us or even Lethal for that matter. He was losing the plot at Brisbane & I shouldn't even need to say why Sheeds shouldn't be considered. If we lose to GWS how many threads will you start? Get a grip and be realistic about things. Hardwick is contracted until 2016 and the club won't replace him with Kevin stuffing Sheedy.

FINALLY, a semi sensible answer from you. If you actually read my post I sad "CARETAKER COACH" not 5 year coach or long term coach, it worked for GWS!!!! Contracts mean absolutely nothing, I really wish people like you would understand that, contracts can be terminated at any time regardless!!!! Get a grip and start looking outside the box instead of hanging onto the past.

Your second comment pretty well sums up how far you are up your own arse and how you try to suck others in on this forum to support your illogical and comments based on narcissism!!  :thumbsup :wallywink

It doesnt matter who the coach is the list is no good and has been filled up with list cloggers from other clubs who are all on huge money. If we sack Hardwick then the new coach will be hamstrung with these players and contracts, the club is in a no win situation but unfortunately its their fault they are the ones who recruited these players from other clubs on the big money. They have no one to blame but themselves. Sadly we are the idiots who pay for these people to recruit and run the club they have been. They are doing nothing more than taking the pee out of us.

I did read your post. And I still think you have mental problems if you want Lethal or Sheeds coaching us. If someone is a caretaker coach, they are our coach. What do you mean it worked for GWS? Sheedy coached 2 years. Choco was supposed to take over after one year but they stuffed him over and gave Sheedy another contract. They're currently 17th on the ladder, so I'm not sure how it's "worked" so wonderfully for them.

How am I hanging onto the past? I don't rate Hardwick but I'm not stupid enough to think he will get sacked this year. Are you going to help pay out his contract if he does get sacked? Because you do know that he will still be paid the money regardless of whether he is our coach in 2016 or not?

I might be up my own arse but that's because I know what I'm talking about. You and a lot of chicken littles just don't know what you're talking about. I'd like to think I'm one of the few sensible posters around this joint. You bag the club yet you're shown to be emotionally unstable on here. If you ran the club we'd be stuffed. Man you start close to 10 threads every time we lose and you bump 10 of your old ones while you're at it. As I said, use logic.
