Richmond can always sack him with a payout.  You would hope that if Cotch polls the playing group and says to Dimma he has lost the players then he would have the guts to walk.

Anyone that throws million plus away in a payout is a zombie. No chance.

We are stuck with him. The club won't pay him out 7 figures.
