Don't forget to mention. The Bermuda Triangle job of the AFL.
You coach there, you never coach at senior AFL level again.
Just ask all our coaches bar two since since the late Tommy Hafey.

But they'll never come either because they are too influential. Hence the RFC will never approach them.
The RFC want puppets and muppets not movers and shakers.

Outside of ARance (24). Riewoldt (25). Deledio (27). Maric (28. Perhaps also Morris (25).

The rest of the list with some ability are born after 1990. No doubt there is more spuds in the mid-old age range than is ideal. The list isn't old.

hmm here i was thinking a good core group are players who are proven and consistently play well. how many do we have who fit that bill.

and at least 8 of the second tier kids are in the gun or should be. let em prove themselves over a decent period of time  before we acclaim them eh. now theres a novel idea.

Richmond would be a very alluring job for an AFL coach who....

1. Wants to retire in 2 to 3 years and top up his super.
2. Has suicidal tendencies.
3. Likes being shot down in the media.
4. Can reply to 65,000 emails each week! ;D
