Funny thing is, we're a better side than last year,
Although being equal LAST doesn't really reflect that.
But we know we're a better side than that,
as in better than last week, not better than the better than last years team,
Cos that's actually where we are as a club.

Despite what an outsider would think if they read our posts, we dont want the team yo lose on purpose. We just dont want them to bust their arse in junk time and win games of no importance

Ivcan only see us winning another 4 games if that so thats 7 wins for the season. I bet carlton wont top that..

We d even be happy for the team to win. If it were made of some of: helbig. Arnot.  Elton.. Darrou. Lennon. Mcdonuts etc

Given the ramifications

If the club had a fair, balanced and non favorite's policy with a view of developing the strongest side for the future - i doubt youd find many people unhappy with a few meanigless wins in the back half of the season. Regardless of weakening draft position.

Yet this is not the reality. The club is a shambles. Last. And yet thinks ita top 4.. in some junkie like lack of understanding. I wouldnt be surprised if they started building shrines around punt road the list clogging plodders.
