You guys are kidding yourselves if you think Hardwit is gonna tap players on the shoulder and tell em to bugger off. He's got his favorites and they aint going anywhere until Hardwick gets the arse.  :help

No I am not kidding myself - We have all witnessed the train wreck that it season 2014.

Dan Richardson needs to man up and make the calls (& taps) as he is head of the list management commitee & footy department.

Hardwick reports to Dan in the club structure so it is incumbant on Dan to display leadership and nous in handling these issues.

I'd normally agree with Darth but seeing Dan as the head of footy gave Blair Hartley a promotion I not filled any form of confidence in what Dan's going to do

I'd like to suggest we partake in weekly prayer group sessions at
Willy Pee's place.
Who knows what we can achieve with Big J on our side.

I'm not a religious man but it's got to be more effective than what Hardwick and co are doing.

we play just 2 teams currently in the 8 on the run home. you can just see em now hanging their hat on 4 or 5 wins against battling sides who have enough sense to play as many kids as possible and send players for early op.
lol shape the 8 they had their chance to do that and failed abysmally.

there is not one person at that club with one iota of common sense and  real guts to call it as it really is.

I agree Claw, St Kilda quickly realised the position they are in and have been playing their kids for most of the season. The Lions are also doing it.
Richmond??? We have an inflated sense of self worth which is preventing us from seeing the real state of affairs and as we all know, it isn't pretty. We have 6 or 7 Players which I believe have reached their maximum potential which is mediocre at best, 4 or 5 recycled's which have not provided us with any consistent four quarter efforts (Miles the exception), 4 or 5 quality players that are having to shoulder the load for the majority of the team and we have a 5 or 6 quality kids that could be given a go for the remainder of the season that so far have not been given a decent run at AFL level. Dimma has gone from cleaning out the cupboard to locking the cupboard and it frustrates the crap out of me.  :banghead :banghead

yeah, all our problems come down to one person because she is a woman.
