Damian Hardwick's mantra at the selection table.

The Skata Cycle. 32 years and counting. Plop Plop Plop. ®©™

His logic is if the club can have the above mantra posed on it then that includes me as the coach.

It's selections like this that make you consider the match committee is deliberately trolling us supporters  :P.

Daly: This week we're at Etihad which is a indoor fast dry track and we're playing against one of the quickest sides in the comp.

Dimma: Okay, we better bring back Thomas and Hampson then.

I hope Port flog the crap out of us by 20 goals. Thats all Richmond deserves. I through all my Richmond merchandise out in the bin this afternoon. They can get stuffed.

Our selection policy is mystifying, cannot understand how Hamspud is even named, surely O'Hanlon also warranted at least a full game. I think no doubt that Hardwick being delusional is trying in his mind to covert an abysmal season into a disappointing one with some end of season wins. Will then in the end of season post mortem focus on the injuries at the start of the season being explanation for poor form. I suppose on a positive note his delusion means we aren't picking the best side so we might end up with a higher pick in the draft as a result.

I can't understand the point of selecting two young blokes for only part of a game each just to drop them again straight away.

Token selections thrown under the bus so that when they're delisted to accomodate the generous contracts of others Hardwick can say "oh look they had their chances but didn't take them and haven't really come on as much as we would've liked."
