Mitch Robinson?
« on: August 11, 2014, 10:54:27 PM »
Apparently on the outer due to recent disciplinary issues. Not yet offered a contract by CFC and Gary Lyon suggests he will have trouble finding a new home if he needs to. So, could be a cheap pickup.

Tackles well and plays aggressively. No world-beater by any means but I'd prefer him in the team to a bloke like Thomas. Solid B grader IMO.

Any takers?

Would be a yes for me at the right price purely for his aggression.

Would prefer Robinson to Thomas, can tag and win footy and the right kind of player to protect Deledio and Cotchin. Would even take some heat off Miles around stoppages. Spends way too much time suspended though. Obviously no star but reckon would be handy with a kick up the arse.

Pre season draft pick only for me. But I rate him at his best he can win contests with physical presence.  Youd have to kick him up the arse but also expect in to be suspended each year for a bit.

The carlscum website highlights he was 3rd in contested posessions and 4th in tackles in 2013 at the club.  Hes a hard at it ball winner.

Good footballer who would add to our depth. Id give up a third rounder

I'd get him just for a laugh. The reactions of fans would be worth a 1st rounder alone.  :lol
