Hang on its late and i read it wrong.  Chapman of essendon. We might have done better. Ive noticed he has slowed now and a younger guy can beat him to the ball and negate him.  When he does get it and gets free he is as damaging as always but he is losing it.

Got Chapman, promoted Miles, and played them both instead of... Grigg and Thomas? Yes, we'd be in the 8. Would have won another 1-2 of those close games IMO, such as the Dogs game.

Chapman was always going to Essendon.  Clubs already knew this.
He wanted to be paired up with his former coach Bomber again.

Thankfully we made one right decision at the end of last year and that decision was to elect not to go after Chapman.
