They're drilling the Richmond story home hard so when we lose to Sydney (as is most likely) they can bring out the knives re just missing finals again and write just as many negative articles about how we just missed out.

I guarantee you compare the article from each journo with their article from after we lose next weekend and you'll see how premeditated the set up was.

It's premeditated emotional journalism and it unfortunately sells papers/wins ratings, at our expense.

Even if we make the finals the bigger story will be when we lose the first game and exit this years finals.

They don't really care how many wins in a row we have had right now or how well we are playing.

Being in front by the final siren may prove an easier target than aiming to be level scores by endgame..

I have set myself up to expect a loss this weekend coming, so anything else would be so fulfilling I may strip down naked, paint my cheeks yellow and black and go press them on Koche's windows at brekkie central 7am monday morning
