Unfortunately the list management decisions are completely out of her hands and she relies on Dan Richardson to make the right calls. The football department review should look at Dan's role was well as Blair's and FJ's. Once she has had the review she should take on the recommendations.  That's the way it works so I'm not sure what you guys expect her to say or do at this stage.

Not expecting her to do anything with regards to football operations, just expecting the club to back up the rhetoric. Re-signing Newman with at least one match still to play to me seems contrary to talk of having serious reviews, not overrating the back half of the season and therefore the list.

Board would only get involved if there is a mega contract on the table to someone. Eg 5 year deal or huge offer to a FA.

Apart from that it's all up to the footy dept. board sets them rules and procedures and as long as footy dept follows, no need for board interference

Having said the footy dept review currently going on will flush all the things out that need flushing
