Clearly a plop.

The expectation for us this year was to improve and in footy the only improvement that matters is on the scoreboard.

Fact is we have a worse year than last year when viewed by results.

And their bombs and their guns.

Got worse - no room for 9 in a row delusions at year's end. Time to count fail and make the call.

Sadly, it's a plop from me too.

Topping up with Hampstring and Thomas suggested early that we
were heading down a dodgy road.

Allowing Morris to play the season with a kfc arm, losing Ivan early to what was nothing more than bad injury management, the continuing revelation of conca being average at best, etc etc.

Sunday's loss confirms the club has learned nothing from a torrid 12 month period.

Caracella and Balmey.

Agree with most points. I think Conca's judgement year is next year.  He needs a huge preseason to lose the puppy fat. He didn't have a preseason after ripping his hamstring practically off the bone last year. No excuses next year.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

It's either a qualified plop or a qualified tick.
Take your pick - it's Commanding Jewel in the Cox Plate, a good each way bet.
First back to back finals in 40 years along with a 9 game winning streak including away wins in perth, Adelaide and Sydney with 3 wins over top 8 sides tells you something.
The 3 and 10 start and yesterday tells you the flip side.
I will give it 12 months.
It's that simple Spud

Plop. Simply can't excuse the first 13 rounds, then get all excited at finals only to be completely smashed and brought back to how we played during the first half of the season...
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

PLOP

Three toilet full of poo for me.

You don't play that crap for 13 weeks, it's totally unacceptable.
And there's no point in making the finals if you don't give it a red hot crack once your in.

It's good though they addressed some issues around the club. Hopefully the club has learnt some things about how rubbish they really are and the hard work that's required to achieve success.
Let's not be satisfied with just making finals.
The club that keeps giving.

50% plop at the first part of the season
40% tick for the last nine games
10% plop for the Poot fiasco

Overall it's a plop

Tick. Back to back finals means we are doing something right. A hell of a lot better than we have for the last decade and probably 30 years.  It means we are for the first time we have a system in place that is working.  Its clearly a work in progress and we nearly stuffed it with Hamspud and the top up mentality but hopefully this year and the finals pointed out our weaknesses and how we need to keep building and developing.  If only one thing comes out of they year it has to be No shortcuts.

Plop!

Hardwick's inability to blood talent and change the game plan to an attacking hard running style.

Back-to-back horrible final losses!

In the past 6 quarters of finals we have conceeded 32 goals, kicked only 15 goals. You could take the last quarter v Port Adelaide and in 5 quarters conceeded 31 goals and kicked 10 ourselves.

We lose against quick, hard running, pressuring teams!

What talent are you talking about that is in the ressies that should have been blooded

Did you watch the change in game plan in the last nine games or do you have memory issues
