why is her "last" point the only one punctuated with a period (full stop).

Semi-colons after every point in mention plus a preceding "and" for the last, thanks Peggy.
If you're gonna do a jab....do it right, dear.

One would hope that the president of a professional sporting entity such as the RFC would proof read her own work.

IMO, it's a poo look.

Furthermore, the whole thing reminds me of someones Netball Mother.
