over-rate or under-rate the list
« on: September 11, 2014, 06:51:33 PM »
Seems like one of the main diffs between Richmond and successful clubs is we always jump the gun on rating our list.

Whilst a positive mindset is admirable its caught us out b4. Hello 2001.

And again. And again and again and again and again.

Why?

Lack of spend in the recruiting and list management departments.  Now we spend more we're doing better.  The evidence has to be collingwood getting decent players this year from picks 40 odd and almost making finals. Thats big spending.

this

and don't expect immediate results now that we're spending too - its great to employ people, but then it takes time to find the right people.
