The Bombers 'supplement scandal' has brought the game into disrepute more than anything I can remember.

I went with 'other'.

The racism issue changed the nation.

And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

The Essendon drug/supplement saga has done the most damage to the game's image than anything else I can remember.

To add to list of farcical moments - Essendon being handed the 1924 flag on percentage from Richmond despite Richmond beating them in the last game of the finals and ending up on equal wins.

While I went with the drugs scandal at Essendon, the Ben Cousins scandal and absolute blinkers the entire West Coast football club put up was disgraceful.
Blind Freddy could see they had a drug culture problem. Gees the rumors made it back to Melbourne of the Perth nightclubs and Weagles players.
Worsfold and co put premierships ahead of principles by a long way for a long time.

Dishonorable mention to the Stephen Milne alledged sexual miconduct. St Kilda just seem to have a problem with, to quote Milny himself, “footy sluts”.
