The coal producers love the electric car because until we go 100% clean or nuclear we will be burning more coal to power just one car than the same size car would emit burning petrol.

This time we're dealing with an organisation,  not just a terror group bent on blowing stuff up. They have conquered almost all of Syria and half of Iraq and have established Al-Raqqah as a seat of government. Learning about Wahhabism is a good background for this.

Alot of this is repercussions from the Cold War but what is done is done. I agree that there are many who could be in this for self interests,  arms and oil industries etc but I don't buy conspiracy crap won't even give it the time of day. The region has a deep and intricate history and it is well worth learning to understand the situation.

But if you were to put it in a nutshell: religion. Religion is a scourge.

Former CIA contractor Steven Kelley says that the ISIL terrorist group is a completely fabricated enemy created and funded by the United States.

“This is a completely fabricated enemy,” he said in a phone interview with Press TV from Anaheim, California on Thursday.

“The funding is completely from the United States and its allies and for people to think that this enemy is something that needs to be attacked in Syria or Iraq is a farce because obviously this is something that we create it, we control and only now it has become inconvenient for us to attack this group as a legitimate enemy,” Kelley added
