Nothing new said apart from Clinton confirming he's a bomber supporter who joined Richmond as a result of his dad being a keen Tiger supporter. Hird asked that question btw.

Casey said putting money to secure the club didn't bother him. He would do whatever it takes. Said he won't need to do it in the future.

Repeated they had made a mistake appointing Ian Campbell as CEO. Said they had dragged Campbell across from the US.

Asked about Macek, he said they should ask Leon Daphne to critique him. Said he didn't know of any challenges.

He said Danny had done a great job and repeated what he said about Danny in the paper. Danny was in the green room out the back as the two and their wives had gone to dinner.

Sam then asked Clinton if Danny is such a great coach why set-up a sub-committee and why say we needed an experienced coach. Clinton unconvincingly said they review all positions of the footy department each year and any positions where a person (in this case Danny) is coming out of contract. Said they wouldn't be selecting a rookie coach. When pressed said Danny after 5 years was an experienced coach.

Browny then cut in to go in and bat for Casey and Danny. Said he came to the Club due to their professionalism and plan for the future of the RFC. He said the players needed to not turnover the footy, go in harder and go inside 50 more often and would do so against the Roos.

Didn't anyone else think Browny didn't look too happy tonight?

How lame was it of Casey to clap what Nathan Brown said after Brown saved his a$$ from the hard questions Newman was putting to him (Casey). Started applauding him and gave him a look as if to say 'thanks Browny, I needed that, they were starting to hit upon the truth, thanks for diverting them'.
