Unless you can prove it, guarantee it will stand up legally are prepared to publicly name yourself (not via a Internet nic name) then it is nothing more than a rumour that if posted here opens this site up to legal ramifications

That is the legal advise we have received and that is the approach we take. Have from day one and it won't be changing
