Balme to the Pies

http://www.heraldsun.com.au/sport/afl/neil-balme-to-work-at-collingwood-replacing-rodney-eade/story-fnp04d70-1227118233311

yet people on here wonder why some of us constantly get baffled at the direction of the club. For years some of us has said  to target Balme but no we get stuck with Dan the man and hacks like FJ.

stuff we are hopeless

WTF do they do with our money???? We didnt replace leppa and probably wont the other bloke who left, yet we expect to win a flag by reducing our footy department spending.

Why didn't he come to Richmond, we have had a vacancy for 12 months. Collingwood lose a bloke and replace him with the best straight away (and he's a Richmond person too)  :banghead

Why didn't he come to Richmond

because we are skata and never get on the front foot with these type of things. Instead, we put our resources into finding gems like hampson and dan the man who nearly cost us martin.

Balme has been pretty ill recently.  Not sure this will be a 10 year appointment.

Whinging molls at it again.
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

Y&B who cares about the length of the contract its about bringing in some winning experience to our club, and i think we have a right to ask why they didnt replace leppa last year and this year also. The club thinks the void will be filled with mcqualter type spuds

why is mcqualter no good as a coach?

is he a player or a development coach? Too many hats. He comes from a great club  in saints and really didn't understand the game as a player so chances are he wont in development.

Also how did he go this year with our young developing players? They are coming along in leaps and bounds even pushing out newman and co from what i saw this year.

Bailey also has been there what 1-2 years and i think he should be shown the door and  replaced by Monkhurst

lol anyone that plays a number of AFL games understands the game, paricularily those that only have average ability.

just out of curiosity, what players has monkhurst turned into senior afl players in a year?
