Our love affair with the Northern Knights....
« on: December 03, 2014, 01:21:53 PM »
Our recruiters have really enjoyed picking up Northern Knights players lately.
The last few recruits Reece, Jason and Jayden all played together there.  Hopefully they can play together successfully in years to come. :thumbsup :gotigers
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

NORTHERN Knights duo Jayden Short and Jason Castagna will join teammate Reece McKenzie at Richmond after the pair was drafted in Wednesday’s AFL rookie draft.

“I think it’s good for the boys, it helps them settle in a little quicker,” Northern Knights talent manager Peter Kennedy said.

What's the point of having a FTF if we are not using it on fuel to get down to watch the Geelong football factory?
In fact, why don't we use it to build our own football factory? :banghead

We now have 8 Tigers from the Northern Knights:

Trent Cotchin
Dylan Grimes
Nick Vlastuin
Ben Lennon
Reece McKenzie
Jayden Short
Jason Castagna
Kane Lambert

The next best is 5 from the North Ballarat Rebels - Astbury, Dea, Grigg, Chaplin & Butler.
