According to the AFL website, this should be Dimma's new year's resolution:

RICHMOND
Damien Hardwick

Dust off old footage of myself charging out of defence for Essendon and Port Adelaide in the 2000 and 2004 grand finals to remind to Reece Conca and Ty Vickery how to use controlled aggression. When I got frustrated, my natural instinct as a player was to lash out, but I managed to restrain myself. Most of the time.

To start thinking of my footy club as a genuine winners footy club not always expecting an ultimate ballsup.

To fight the ugly racism that is rife at Richmond.
Who isn't a fan of the thinking man's orange Tim Fleming?

Gerks 27/6/11

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

To see my dad smash his fist down into the backrest of the seat in front of us and make it break into pieces again.

Otherwise just enjoy myself...hopefully not get too upset...

Given our draw next year and what happened this year, our resolutions should be not to get ahead of ourselves (finals are no way near a certainty) as well as to finally knock off our bogey teams for once like Geelong, Collingwood & North as well not dropping games to Melbourne and the Bulldogs  :scream.
