“I shouldn’t say this in front of the cameras, but it’s very, very difficult to see where we’re going to lose a game,” Malthouse said.

It must be the preseason for delusion.

Malthouse - "I can't see us losing a game".
Eddie - "No reason why we can't win the premiership".
Essendon is in a permanent state of delusion.

Agree it won't be a game
;D

Yep, more like losing 16 games ;).

Carlton are probably only a rung above Melbourne/Dogs/Saints.

The last part of last season they showed excellent form.If I remember correctly they ran some of the top teams to within a whisker of their life. And given their track record against us I am in no way confident of the first game..Tread with caution Tiges

Never a truer word spoken, regardless of the topic.

Hope they fall flat on their faces and chew on the skata they spew from their mouths.

He won't watch sober. Not by the end of the season anyway.

Come to think of it, when was the last time there was a full blown alcoholic vfl/afl coach in the system? Makes for interesting pressers.
