Brendan Lade .Lol
Job for the " boys "
Asked him in Adelaide after the final last year why we kicked against the wind and he stated " we kicked with the wind didn't we ?
He had no idea
Strategically Smith and Wilbur Williams have some idea
The rest would have little and are there for the ride
Will all get moved on but guess what , they will bob up at another club ala Brian Royal

Midfield Stoppage Coach    Brendon Lade
Assistant Coach                    Ben Rutten
Offensive Coach                    Mark Williams
Senior Development Coach    Mark 'Choco' Williams
Assistant Coach                    Greg Mellor
Development Coach            Max Bailey
Development Coach            Andrew McQualter
VFL Coach                                 Tim Clarke

Rehabilitation & Conditioning Coach  Luke Meehan
Strength & Conditioning Coach    Adam Douglas
Boxing Coach                            John Vickery

lets be honest about this the list doesn't give the supporters much hope I wouldn't have thought. I hope our money for the future fund hasn't gone to creating this list of coaches. dear oh dear. we are a rabble.

from that list I would probably only keep Smith and maybe Mark Williams (ex Port Coach). that's all.

Seriously, Ross Smith was a spud when he was coaching Aberfeldie, how on earth he is now supposed to be our "all things defensive" coach is an indictment on Hardwick and the club

What I love seeing at other clubs is how Ratten for example can go to Hawthorn and even though Clarko has won flags and Ratten hasn't he does not feel threatened in any way by him. Same for other former senior coaches at other clubs.

Whereas with Dimma we get blokes out of retirement and other than Ross Smith we have blokes who come to us as a first port of call and offer no experience in the box. Ross Smith may not have personal intentions to coach a senior side.

Does Dimma feel threatend by more experienced assistants that may? Clearly I think it does. Hence we get outcoached so often.

This this this this this. :thumbsup

Where is Lenny Hayes.

Saw him watching the Rich v Dogs game in the nose bleeds by himself (was only highlight of the day) was interesting. Would be a great assistant and help develop some leadership
