Who names the captain? Hardwick.  Who outs Chaplin in leadership group? Hardwick. Who has failed to develop leaders when our recruiting policy focused on drafting kids with leadership potential? Hardwick.

Can't click fingers and hope we have leadership. Club has failed to breed a decent leader across Hardwicks entire tenure. Pathetic

Isn't the leadership group voted on by the players?
Maybe its the selection system that needs to change.

Actually the playing group & coaching group select the leadership group and vote on the captain

So they are all to blame for lack of leadership
