Some new excuses for Cotchin next week
« on: May 07, 2015, 04:41:07 PM »
Given Cotchins run out of excuses for our poor performances, what are some new ones we could make up to help him next week?
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

We got a note from our mums saying it didn't matter if we win or lose but it was how we played the game

The game wasn't an 8 point game

"Look, it's evident we were comprehensively beaten tonight. But, in an unusual sort of way, and this may seem strange to state, there are  a number of KPIs which point to us being a far better side overall than last year. And that's important to us"

Damn Tassie weather washed the line out of the sand! We couldn't find it no matter how hard we tried.
We'll draw another one next week.

I had a hidden mic in the meeting room today and heard the final address from Hardwick.

"Look boys, no matter what happens this week, next week we drop the two most inexperienced blokes".

It was real, stirring sort of Braveheart style stuff.

But you see, it's not me, it's not my family.
In your head, in your head they are fighting,
With their tanks and their bombs,
And their bombs and their guns.
In your head, in your head, they are crying...

Then Cotch yelled "food fight" and threw some ritz crackers at Grigg who squealed "Stop it..... Mr Harrrdwick. Trent threw crackers at me boo hoo boo hoo boo hoo."
