Won 3 flags in a 3 decade coaching career .

2 of them over 20 years ago when he had a virtual state team at his disposal......should of won another.

Collingwood made the right decision in letting him go - he's a dinosaur and a loose cannon .

1. Reminded RFC that the list needs a LOT more draft investment before a genuine tilt at the flag (EF 2013)
2. Reminded CFC that they are the most arrogant club devoid of soul in the comp. (lost their mojo)
3. Left CFC as a shell of an organisation with another 500k short.
