Nah, we'd roll Adelaide at the G I reckon. We were so off when we played them a couple of weeks ago. They were playing their t@s off, yet we were still in it in the last quarter.
Freo will ramp things up in september.

Freo made GF last year for a reason. They will ramp things up in september.

PLEASE!!! We were never in that game, we should have been flogged by 100 points or more....They killed us. Don't write them off anywhere!! :snidegrin :snidegrin :snidegrin

I'm not "writing them off." Just saying that I think we would beat them at home. Obviously, no finals game will be easy.

And please don't abuse the  :snidegrin emoji. You're ruining it for the rest of us.

I think we'd beat Adelaide and Geelong (i know we never beat them but i don't think they're particularly good. WB would have me apprehensive and I dread the thought of playing Norf.

While Willy watched Freo vs Sydney vs Hawks in the grand final, WAT was watching Eddie kick an almost bag on Morris in the VFL :shh

Finals crystal ball: Week one
afl.com.au
August 25, 2015

5. Richmond

52 points (13 wins, seven losses) 120.2 per cent

The run home:
Rd 22: Essendon at the MCG
Rd 23: North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium

Their biggest win over Collingwood for nearly 40 years means the Tigers will play three straight finals series for the first time since 1977. They're unlikely to overhaul the Hawks or Swans for fourth, but one more win should be enough for an MCG home elimination final. And that will be epic.

Predicted finish: Fifth

Predicted final match-up: Richmond v North Melbourne, first elimination final, MCG

The Herald-Sun is tipping us to finish 6th and play North in an Elimination Final at the 'G:

RICHMOND

Ladder position: 5 (52pts, 120.2%)

R22: Essendon (MCG) W

R23: North Melbourne (MCG) L

Predicted finish: 6th (56pts)

We say: The Tigers have unlocked scoring power to go with a stingy defence. Needs to win both and hope Sydney falters to pinch fourth place.

Champion Data says: Round 21 results saw Richmond secure their place in September and are locked in a battle with the Western Bulldogs and North Melbourne for spots 5-7. The Tigers sit just four points behind Sydney in fourth but are 22 per cent chances to earn at double chance. An elimination final against the Bulldogs looms as the most likely.

PREDICTED WEEK 1 FINALS

QUALIFYING FINALS

Fremantle v Sydney (Subiaco)

West Coast v Hawthorn (Subiaco)

ELIMINATION FINALS

Western Bulldogs v Adelaide (Etihad Stadium)

Richmond v North Melbourne (MCG)

Waste of Herald Suns time writing these articles

Especially if the Saints can beat the Swans on Sunday
