Does the rule for over 200cm include blokes who are exactly 200cm? Can someone confirm?

I can't but I think it is an excellent question that needs answering

Turns to custard at or above 200cm  :thumbsup
Before we get anymore side splitting gems, is he even 200cm tall?
I truly hope so otherwise the joke of the millennium is just plain stupid.
He is exactly 200cm and this isn't a joke.
Look at the stats brother
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.

Does it matter how tall he is? I still want clarification of the rule for future reference. What if he grows a little before we get him, do we still chase him? Should we avoid drafting teenagers that are 198-199cm tall in case they do grow over the summer? So many questions, so little answers

Chaplin has been very good for us. His strengths arent in 1 on 1 battles, he is a an interceptor and ball reader. Carlisle could be very handy as a swingman for us. Not sure what hes worth though

Carlisle is so much better a key defender than Troy Chaplin, i am rather shocked it would need to be discussed.

Is he what we should be chasing though? Would our money be better spent chasing a good mid, ruck or small forward? All those areas need addressing before our talls IMO. In an ideal world we'd through money at everyone but we can't.

Chaplin is has too many limitations as a backman.
He's slow, fumbles too much and I don't think he can jump more than 1cm off the ground.

I think Carlisle would be very important for us for the short & long term.
The club that keeps giving.

You make a very fair point. I am of the mindset you get the backline right before you build the rest. We have done well to sign down our 'A' Grade defender for the long term future. However another, would really give us some added stability going forward.

Not only is Chaplin slow and lacks the movement to keep up with most, he is also old which means he won't be around for a long time for form a partnership with Rance, Houli, Grimes, McIntosh and co. Our more promising types.

WADA pending i'd get Carlisle. he & Rance would be the best KPD combo in the league, our backline would be set with those 2 with chappy as the 3rd tall ala H.Taylor (that role suit Chappy the most) Grimes/Batch for the other spot/once chappy retires etc. Astbury has currency at Trade table or as depth.
