Ever wanted to be put through your paces by Richmond players on Punt Road Oval?

Thanks to VicHealth’s TeamUp, you can combine footy, fitness and fun on Saturday June 13 with a FREE training session!

Richmond players and trainers will conduct a series of drills for adults of all skill levels and fitness – so Find Your Motivation, grab a friend and come along!

There will be plenty of opportunity to kick a footy, as well as non-football related training skills. Plus, there will be a free crèche available for participants.
