Mate at work has been harping on about the same story for 6 months - something about his old man being desperate for him to go to the pies. Seriously, how could we not offer a larger sum. How could the pies possibly get this bloke?

If he inherited his support of Carlton from his old man then I doubt his old man would be that desperate for him to play for Collingwood.
