Thanks Gill, for another six day break on top of playing our 'home' game at North's home ground ::).

Good decision  :clapping

Especially if we have to travel the following week, likely an extra day's break   :snidegrin

We could be playing this match on the moon with a 2 month break. We'll still lose. North stuffing hate us.

fantastic for us.

We get a longer break than our opponent for our first final, unless of course we play North 2 weeks in a row

RICHMOND will play North Melbourne on the Friday night to start the last AFL round before the finals.

The AFL is due to announce the round 23 fixture on Tuesday.

It is not beyond possibility that North could play Richmond in round 23 on Friday and face the Tigers the following Friday in a cut-throat final.

Round 23 ticketing information

richmondfc.com.au
August 11, 2015 5:04 PM

Tickets for Richmond’s Round 23 clash with North Melbourne at Etihad Stadium will go on sale at 9am tomorrow, Wednesday August 12.

The AFL last week confirmed its final round fixture, scheduling the Tigers and Kangaroos on Friday, September 4.

It will be Richmond’s one and only home game at Etihad Stadium for the 2015 home-and-away season.

Club members and the general public will be able to reserve their seat at the game via Ticketmaster.

Richmond reserved seat members, who are unable to attend the match, are being encouraged to offer their seat up to fellow Richmond fans.

Those who offer up their seat, will receive a merchandise voucher to the Tigerland Superstore ($25 voucher for adults and $10 for children), regardless of whether the seat is re-sold.

For more information, contact the Richmond membership department on 1300 RICHMOND.

Well blow me down!

Anyone would have looked at the fixture at the start of the season, worked their way down to round 23 and scratched their head in disbelief as we were scheduled to play a home game against Norf at their home ground Etihad.
In fact my first thought was: what's the bet our season or theirs could depend on that game  :shh

Fast forward to 4 weeks left in the season and guess what? We will be in a position where if that game doesn't decide our finishing position it could we'll decide if we play finals or not.
Have not beaten this team since 2011, I think it is time to put the past behind us.
So will the real RFC please stand up :gotigers
