The brains trust  need to earn their coin and nail our  2nd pick.
If its a small we take with our 1st then what type for our 2nd?

Hardwick, Glass-McCasker ....some are saying Ben Crocker might even still be there....be rapt with any of those three at 51....

Not sure if he'll still be on the board and haven't really heard much talk about him either is Greg Clark.
The 193cm captain of the W.A. boys has a big motor & I reckon he'd be  worth a look if he's around deep in the draft.

Anywhere between the third round...which is where Claw and a few others had him....and the rookie list -where he was expected to go last year.....so I'd say he probably went as a high as he was ever going to go....

Unless he was allowed to use a pole. That would have vaulted him higher.
OER. Calling it as it is since 2004.

Im sure he would have been drafted last yr if not for his size. Imo he was a better player than Menadue yet Menadue who is still very skinny is going to be something.
I dont back in skinny kids very often and both Menadue and Markov may come back to bite me so be it. Why i like them is for several reasons. Athletically  we cant go wrong. Pace and endurance plus agility despite a lack of size is the go. they have all three in spades. As long as they bulk up a bit athletically we have no problems.
The footy side of things is what won me over with both. Both have good skillsmenadue is elite when it comes to kicking. they both have a footy brain a very underestimated commodity today.  But importantly we took on two kids who are as skinny as they come biut they  crack in and never die wondering.
To me the only question is, Will they bulk enough to make it at afl level. I think both will.
