Much worse injury than Conca's I've been told. One of my favourite players too. Very upset.

Lisfranc all depends on how it heals with alignment. We won't know until Jan to see how bad it is. If it is lisfranc

Without knowing the true specifics here is some players and their "recovery" time that had a lisfranc injury
Pettard - retired due to injury
Mitch Clark - missed 12-18 months
Dane Swan - retired
Conca - came back in the same season

There could be others but that's off the top of my head (I wrote something similar when Conca did his). Of course these players could have had some other mitigating factors (I believe Pettard had some other injuries as well)
