So much for the gentlemen of OER rushing to the aid of a hi-tech damsel in distress lol.

Maybe some of us are still living with a 80's brick walkman  :shh.

Asking doesn't necessarily mean getting, Julz.  Santa has been totally useless with my requests these last couple of years lol  ;)

I refuse to get sucked into Ipods(the MTV of the PC/Mac world.

I just use a  Panasonic mp3 player that u download WMVs onto via real player.

I can have as many Meg of songs as my chip will hold (sd card)

Its as big as a watch face,so ipod can go stuff themselves :cheers

And roughly, how many songs does it hold, Ox?
I like my iPod because it was free lol - if i had to pay for one I'd be looking around.  What is that one worth?

Yeah Ox what's the difference between an MP3 player and an Ipod, including cost-wise.  I need to be able to tell Santa all I can cause Santa's very ignorant when it comes to buying getting me a present.

Tough for Santa when the kids want an ipod mainly cos their friends have one and you give them something different.
No matter how good it is it wont work in their peer group.

If i were u Jewelz,I'd just get the ipod 'cos the kids will be all like "ahhh....thanks mum :banghead" If u dont get the ipod.

My one stores the data on a removable sd chip, similar to the one u may have in your digital camera.
I can store as much as the card allows (I think u can get them up to a gig ir more) whereas Ipod has stacks more storage room.
Question - f "How many songs can i listen to over a 10k run.
The answer= -about40.That includes skipping to ones that give u the vibe needed at the time.
