rounds 6-12 how many will we win?
« on: February 02, 2016, 03:32:28 PM »
Many of us reckon we will be 3 wins 2 loses after round 5. Where will we be after round 12 heading into the break?

For mine its

Richmond v Port (mcg) - 50/50
Richmond Hawthorn (mcg) - Loss
Richmond Sydney Swans (mcg) - 50/50
Fremantle Richmond (subiaco) - loss
Essendon Richmond (mcg) - Win
North Melbourne Richmond (hobart) - loss
Richmond v Gold Coast Suns (mcg) - Win

So it's maybe 3 wins from 7 games. If we win 3 of the first 5, we will be 6 and 6.

Port - as long as it's not a final we own them.
Hawthorn - won 3 of past 4
Sydney - won past 2
Fremantle - always competitive against the dockers.
Essendon - percentage booster
North - we will find a way to lose this match.
Gold Coast - we should be overwhelming favourites.

Tigers should fear no one.

Of the first 10 rounds I fear West Coast the most, we could be 10 and zip but we could be zip and 10, its just really hard to pick which side of the bed the team will get out of each week.  Thankfully we don't really fear anyone anymore, we used to be Geelongs Beatches but they are beatable now.
I'm hoping we're better than 5-5 after 10 rounds and I'd expect 6-4 but I ain't gonna bet the house on it.

Sadly we are still very much Geelong's beatches.

I'm tipping 5 wins with 2 loses from this bracket of games.
So that's 9 wins with 3 loses for me.

Big year boys! Get excited!!

Thank god for Essendons dilemma eh. Can only pencil in the one win here. Games being at the MCG GIVES US A FEW 50/50 OPPORTUNITIES.
Lose the 50/50 games and i  reckon we could win 2 of 5 here and be 3 and 9 after 12. ;) If the gcs game was north of the border id say we could be 2 and 10.
