Bit stuffn late, darling.

It was late but a great response.
Great leadership Peg  :cheers
So long as Dusty knew personally that he had her support right from the word go.

Made a comment at the beginning of chopstickgate that Peggy was probably his most important allie

She was  ;)
Even though she didn't come out and appease the masses and feed the journos with fuel earlier.

If that's the case then why even make that statement at all?
In most cases, when leaders stand up for their team in a public forum (whatever that forum might be) the whole team walks taller.

I personally liked her candour, it would've only amplified in impact had she said it at the press conference when they announced the penalty.
"The money might have been better. But, at the end of the day, Richmond showed faith in me. It's only fair that now we're 18th on the ladder, I show the faith back in the club and do everything I can to put them in front. In the end, I'm stoked I made the decision to stay. I f***ing love this club”

You mean she doesnt have to cater to the peanuts on forums?
Exactly

sissy club with insipid leaders who only have a crack after the fact. Way after. ....you're all deluded.

Introverts.

That's the clubs problem.

Well, that and the two opposing cultures that exist within the team
