I'll be happy to take a little step back if it means we see something different. Even if it means we miss the finals. Not to get a better draft pick but to see the back of some of the guys that have served a purpose but now it's time to move on from them.
Grigg, Chaplin and Houli have been good for us despite what others think BH has done, in reality they have all helped us from last to 3 finals finishes.
But IMO that's as far as they can take us. All 3 can still get the pill but they lack in other areas in which the game has gone.. Hampson is another that just isn't an AFL finals quality ruckman so needs his marching orders come seasons end.
As well as playing some kids to see something different Dimma needs to move with the times. His game plan and style are all outdated.
As much as Dimma gives me the poos, he still has the opportunity to change things up. The extra 2 years to his contract should help him feel a little more at ease trying new kids and a 2016 game plan.
Here is a tip for you Dimma, pick the best, most successful side and try to copy them. It's not brain surgery. Also the rules have changed so you need to too.
We may get less wins this year playing a few more kids but how much better will the wins feel knowing that potentially we may finally have a side that can go past the first week of finals.
Not every kid on our list is going to be able to help with that but find ones that can and fast. There is not too many sides that have 5 out and out superstars in there side.
All we need to do is find others that can help contribute with them.
