I' be offering Jenkins some good money to come over. Have liked the look of him for years now. Very quick on the lead and can ruck reasonably well too. Big upgrade on the likes of Vickery and Griffiths!

Anyone got any ideas on key backs that may be available for us to poach from other clubs at years end?
Or even a decent one is a lower level?
As we all know we are at least one decent ready made kpd short.
Surely they won't put us through another season of Lady Chappy
People will laugh but i suggested we take Lachlan Keefe with a very late nd pick last yr.I felt he was just coming into his own when he got suspended.I also thought Michael Hartley was worth giving a go along with Marcus Adams . Bit late now i suppose.

KPD depth can be built up and it doesnt have to be with just big name recruits.

Maybe we could prise one of Corr or Marchbank out of GWS. Tomlinson could play kpd as well.Tomlinson and Corr it seems have struggled a bit this year.

Tomlinson would be a great get but I wouldnt play him in defence I'd put him on the ball.
Has a big tank and loves the hard stuff, reckon he'd be a great big bodied onballer.
I'd also enquire for Scully too for the mids has really come on this year and is another with a big tank, an area which is sorely needed at our club IMO.
The possibility of physical and mental collapse is now very real. No sympathy for the Devil, keep that in mind. Buy the ticket, take the ride.

I thought Elton had a big tank and was very mobile when we recruited him. He grew a bit more and they have made him a KPP. It would be an interesting experiment to put him on ball in the seconds. A 197cm mid. Just to try something different.
Why not? Anything is worth a try. You have nothing to lose but you have a lot to gain.

Unfortunately we have a coach who's only creative instinct is to take talent out of preferred positions and throw them in the backline.

Is he fit enough? I hear he struggled.

Is anyone fit enough at the RFC?  :rollin

Just looked at his draft bio. His main weapon was he was an athletic freak.

Rance is a pure defender and pretty much our entire backline!
Tomlinson is more your utility type and people think because he's 190+cm that he's a KPP.
He's a top performer in the 3km trials since he's been with GWS so there's no doubting he has the tank to run out a game.

Didn't look out of place down back either, interesting to see if they keep playing him back there.
Definitely is the right size and age and is more than capable in the forward line.
