Confidence
« on: April 24, 2016, 10:07:39 PM »
Mods join this with another confidence thread if you can find it please.

Gee it's really lacking isn't it and it really shows. Even in the coaches box it looks like they just don't know what to do.

It's a real shame because we have oozed confidence in the last three years but we just look beaten in this area. The coaching staff and leaders must get these players up. Maybe players like Castagna, Short, Elton, Mc Bean and Chol (elevate when we can) need to come in to try and bring something.

Something is needed to get this teams confidence back and this team back winning.
DIMMA - You will be held ACCOUNTABLE...

“We are really excited about what we have brought in. We have got great depth of players that can take us where we need to go. We are just putting some cream on the top at the moment,” he said.

I'd be more concerned with every opposition team's confidence in being able to beast a hardwick coached tiger outfit.

Clearly nobody with rank is able to fix nor was able to foresee the dire problems the club now faces.

It's so ridiculously wrong it's not quite believable.

Maybe Hardwick meant we were taking 1000 steps back before we go forward. :shh

The Earth is spherical, if you take enough steps backwards you will eventually be forwards.

Confidence is built.
Hardwick on the other hand incapacitates it and has lost the players whether they want to admit it or not.
Unbelievably it's not the first time.

Give him another three years.

It's the Richmond way.
