"We're having the right discussions and I think Jack, myself and Cotch played quite a good game on the weekend and really tried to lead by example.

"But we can't force players to play a certain way, they've got to make their own mistakes and make up their own mind as to what good play looks like, and what poor play looks like and the reasons why they make mistakes.

"Yeah, I think the leadership is strong enough, it's just about bringing those young players along but really encouraging them, and putting them in a positive learning environment."

Yep and that's what it was. Another deflection form the real issue. Well done Damien.

Exactly, it was a sly reference to the rebuild and the season we had to have to take a couple of steps forward next year

It's all good, he just wants to thank Mr Right (yeahright) for being 100% correct all the time.

your form of trying to belittle people and take cheap shots has you really thinking that you are an expert doesn't it. When really you are just a gutless keyboard wimp.

Is this an attempt at telling hardwick, his strategies and coaching is WRONG???

Yep

Told club he wanted to front the media so they organised it

I think it is very clear that Dimma made him do it.
Dimma will also be putting on a shyte Irish accent when replacing Keith Barry on " your back in the room" for season 2.
“I find it nearly impossible to make those judgments, but he is certainly up there with the really important ones, he is certainly up there with the Francis Bourkes and the Royce Harts and the Kevin Bartlett and the Kevin Sheedys, there is no doubt about that,” Balme said.
